Over time, the seal around the outside of your windows and doors cracks and shrinks. That lets in draughts and rain. We remove the old sealant and run a fresh, neat bead all the way round.
How much does it cost to reseal a window?
Resealing the outside of a window costs £80 for the first window, then £35 for each extra window or door on the same visit. A door on its own is £95.

How do I know if my windows need resealing?
If the sealant around the frame is cracked, shrunken or missing, it needs replacing. Other signs:
- Draughts around the edges of a window or door
- Damp patches on the wall next to the frame
How is it done?
We cut out the old sealant, clean the joint and run new weatherproof sealant around the whole frame.
- Old sealant is cut out and the joint is cleaned.
- A new weatherproof sealant is applied around the whole frame.
- It's smoothed to a neat finish that matches the frame.
